    IBM eserver 8669

    Hey all. I recently received an IBM eserver 8669 from a friend. It does not come with any scsi drives. I was wondering if anyone new for sure if: Installing a SATA controller would allow me to use SATA drives instead of the scsi drives.

    Just curious before i purchase to try it out..

    If it has a PCI slot you should be able to use any kind of PCI card including S-ATA controllers.
