    SLI configuration

    Hi there

I have 2 x 6600GT cards. Windows Xp2 picks the other card up as an "Unknown Device"

When I install it as a display adapter it comes up with an error in device manager and wont start.

I set PEG in BIOS to run my first card however when i set it to use PEG2 if I plug my monitor into that particular card nothing comes up on the screen. I installed it correctly as I went by the manual.

Also there is no SLI option in the NVIDIA control panel to set it to use two cards.

If anyone has any info or requests from my side please let me know.

    Thank you.

XP doesnt even pick up my 2nd GPU now ...

    Display:
Video Adapter NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT (128 MB)
    3D Accelerator nVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT PCI-E
    Monitor LG L192WS [NoDB] (1652128194)

IT seems to be picking it up. How do I change this???

Are both cards SLI-certified? And does your mainboard support SLI?

Did you try the latest Forceware drivers?

Yeah, not all cards supported SLI. You used to have to pay more for sli cards...
