The other guy did a winsock reset and it seemed to work...
Now just the popups to fix...

Have you checked that Windows is fully updated/patched on all the machines?
You might also run HijackThis! on them to see if there is anything suspicious.

Yes they are all running Service Pack 2 fully updated. Ill run hijack this and see what comes up.
