    Need English Speaking Partners

    NIST's Plan for New Cryptographic Hash Functions (http://www.csrc.nist.gov/pki/HashWorkshop/index.html ). I have a good HASH , but my english is not good. i want some partners to join in the solicitation activities.
    it is great if you can write chinese.

    Try emailing hash-function@nist.gov and seeing if you can get somebody that is already involved with the project to take a look at your HASH.
