    Bastille Linux squatted?

For those that may not check the Handler's Diary at incidents.org on a regular basis, if you use Bastille Linux ( or Unix ) you may want to check this out: Why every email is important

Might also be a good time to check out expirations of your domains????

    Thumbs down

    sneaky little squatter.

But seeing as they have copyrights on that domain etc since 1999, they should get the domain etc back.

and the person even expects to get 10,000$ for the domain, i think he might be a microsoft fan boy or something.

they should sue him for copyright infringment when it finally get's to a court room and sue him for 10,000$ in damages lol

I disagree: The suit should be for $100,000 ( when revenge in concerned, I believe payback should be 10x the original for damages, ) plus legal fees, plus punitive damages.

But that is just my opinion.

Agree with you on that, with the damages, legal fees and punitive damages. But you never know when it comes to court, you might want to temp fate and dip your hand as far into the cookie jar as you can, but at the end of the day you might only end up with a few cookies, and not a whole hand full..
