How do I view the Master File Table in Windows XP
How do I view a files Standard Information and File Name tags which are stored in the Master File Table?

What are you trying to achieve?
There are two basic classes of tools that might help.
1. Forensics analysis ("Encase" for example)
2. Data recovery/systems repair.
You might also like to look at this:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sys.../NtfsInfo.mspx
At least that will tell you where it is

Seriously though, you can't on a running system. It's all "hidden" away by the system.

Hmmmm,
1. Open a folder with files in it.
2. Select "view"
3. Click on "Choose Details"
4. Check the boxes you are interested in.
That pop-up menu has the MTF data in it.
