Typically the cmos battery is of model cr2302
Little watch battery, 3v nothing special.

Actually it is quite a large battery by button cell standards.

As for the FX5200. Well it should work if the specs are to be believed.Remember that AGP 8x is AGP 3.0 and runs at 0.8v. AGP 4x is AGP 2.0 and runs at 1.5v.

    MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Intel Pentium® III, AMD Duron or Athlon™ class processor or higher
    128MB system RAM
    A 250W system power supply
A motherboard with an AGP 2.0 slot

17 MB of available hard disk space (50 MB for full installation)
    CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
    Windows® 98 or higher, ME, 2000, XP, or Windows® NT4.0. (Service Pack 5 or 6)
    VGA compatible monitor
Whilst all cards are backwards compatible for speed, it is the voltage that sometimes causes problems.

As your card requires AGP 2.0 as a minimum requirement it should autoconfigure.
