find help for my unaccessible files
I just want to get back my files!
Virus attacked my computer and I can not access all my files located on hard disks. The virus can not be cleaned after trying some virus remove program, what I want to do now is to get back my files. Is there any way I can get them back? your help is appreciated!!! Thank!

We will attempt to assist you in the recovery of your files, but it would be slightly helpful if you told us how many hard drives you have, and what operating systems you are running?
Naturally, I do not expect anyone else from Bejing to answer to this thread

also what av (anti virus) programs are you running/trying to use?
