LDAP - using AD for Thunderbird Emails
I have Windows 2003 AD set-up.
Thunderbird allows for setting up of LDAP address book checking .. I've tried a few times and failed. I'm looking for some kind of howto or tutorial (or cheat sheet) to tell me all the stuff about dc=, cn=, etc so I can begin to understand how this all works.
I've tried setting it up, even tried making an account just for that, but I keep on failing, so I need some help - but I don't really know what I need to tell you, so I want to get information first
[Edit : Okay, I got it working with Thunderbird, but an LDAP lesson would be neat ;-)]

Yup .. I had forgotten the "active directory" keyword up until an hour ago. Thanks.

Getting the keywords right is the tricky bit indeed
