Good spot mate! I hadn't noticed but it looks as if the "noobie" title disappeared with the update of vBulletin?
I just looked at all new members joining since the beginning of 2008, and they are all "junior members"

How to Hack - By The Bastard SysAdmin
First. Get a 14.4k Modem and plug it in your laptop
Second. Use your little black book of Numbers and dial up the Gibson.
(You will probably need a few friends to help, so put a "Hackers Distress Call" Out to the Internet.
Once logged on drop a few Trojans, maybe a smurf attack here and there.
Third. GO FOR THE GARBAGE FILE! There may be many, check them all out.
Fourth HACK THE PLANET.
