Well if you look at the text you posted
*passwordÄ»»»»»»»» »»»»»»»*is:need4þÃ*
It looks like it was corrupted but need4 is readable so i did a mask brutefoce on need4? , need4?? , need4???, etc and found the first password.

Then the next zip I opened up in a text editor and at the bottom it said (in plain text) the password was command and conquer but in some "leet" kind of text
