Vulscan Software

Hi,

I'm looking for vulscan software that I am able to use on home computers connected to the internet.

I am also in search of software that I can use on corporate networks to conduct scans from workstation level, server level and network level. The software must produce a report i can give to the client or that i can interpret and translate.
