NTFS usb stick
I am looking to make a USB stick which can be used to boot a windows nt computer into NTFS, as opposed to a live cd or floppy disk. ive found some stuff on the internet but find them confusing and contradictory, can anyone help me?

I guess I'm a little confused by this statement... such is my life
Are you trying to boot to an OS thats installed on your USB stick?
Or boot to an NTFS DOS type program, for recovery type purposes?

By the way you can edit your post instead of replying again. makes it less congested
As far as booting to NTFS DOS from a Pen drive... you might want to do a search online at (insert your favorite search engine here)... I did a quick search and found about 20 different links on the first page dealing with installing (insert OS here) onto a Pen Drive.

The Woflman is going to try and take a stab at this one.
It sounds like you want to boot your system into an alternate operating system, perhaps so you can read the NTFS partition on the system.
If this is the case, then you may want to install Ubuntu, a linue distro, on your USB drive. You can use Ubuntu to read the contents of an NTFS partition.

NTFS is a filesystem not an OS.
