Cant recieve mail
Hey all
One person at our company cant recieve mail for some unknown reason.
She can send mail internally and externally however cannot recieve from the outside world She can recieve mail from internal.
Everyone else works fine.
Here is the bounce I get back from my gmail account when trying to send to her email addy.
Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 550 5.1.1 < SLaurence@daxdata.co.za>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in relay recipient table

check the spelling of the return SMTP address.

Pretty clear what's happening. You require users to run through your relay but the user isn't identified/permitted to do so. I've seen this when spam appliances have issues reading valid e-mail accounts and when user verification tables become borked. Of course misspellings in the addy can also do this as pointed out by morganfly.
