Inside the Twisted Mind of the Security Professional
March 23rd, 2008 11:19 AM
Hmmmm, very interesting viewpoint.
Accountants, auditors in particular, have had that mindset since way before Babbage invented his "mathematical engine"
The security mindset is a valuable skill that everyone can benefit from, regardless of career path.
I would be inclined to extend it further and say that business people should develop an IT mindset, and that IT people should develop a business mindset.
If you cannot do someone any good: don't do them any harm....
As long as you did this to one of these, the least of my little ones............you did it unto Me.
What profiteth a man if he gains the entire World at the expense of his immortal soul?

Good catch, read it last week. Makes me wonder how many here share that mindset...
