Catchy Title eh?

Anyways... since Vista SP1 and Server 2008 Release don't ship with .NET Framework 1.0 or 1.1, if you install them you become vulnerable to past vulnerabilities. So... MS07-040 now includes Vista SP1 and Server 2008 in the affected components list... If you have applications that required one of those older versions of .NET and installed them... better make sure you install the patches.

I thought I'd include some sort of corny joke like "You can teach a new OS old vulnerabilities" but it really doesn't work (then again I've been up all night working on this advisory update so my sense of humour is slightly off).
