The Democratic party has long been the political arm
    of Hollywood. Follow the money.
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

There may...or may not...be much in a name, but the Democrats have an
arguably more solid record for waging war than the Republicans:

    Woodrow Wilson: WWI
    FDR: WWII
    Harry Truman: Korea
    LBJ: Vietnam

Bush & Clinton have done an "admirable" job of paving the road to Hell,
but it looks like the Dems will make the drive.

    1. All those wars are technologically and strategically obsolete.
    2. The first three were only "won" because of the contributions of Allies.
    3. The last one you lost and never even looked close to winning.

Who wants a warmongering government in a time of encroaching World recession?

In 2008 the issues are more democracy, privacy, personal freedoms and the like.

The issue as I see it is that Obama seems to have been saying pretty much the opposite of the way Biden has been voting?

Who wants warmongering? I certainly don't.

In 2008, politics is increasingly irrelevant to my life. Yes, I continue
to render unto Caesar and pay my parking tickets, but I find freedom
and privacy to be sorely lacking. It seems it matters little who is in
office, we remain slaves to The Almighty Mammon. I can't say I'm
an exception, only that I wish to be.

...'tis true, every war is obsolete by the time the next one comes around.

And yes, wars are won by contributions, usually many, many corpses.
WWI shifted with the introduction of American corpses to France despite
Germany's frantic 1918 offensive. The bloodletting in WWII took with it
most of the world's industrial base save for America's, from which even
the Russians drew heavily by the end. Korea was won in the end because
their border with the North could be sealed. And Vietnam was lost for
    a similar dissimilar reason.

Too bad (for my friends and neighbors) that Iraq is not a peninsula.

Bidden has been at it since 02 trying to crack down on warez, etc... (not making a very big dent lol) I am not too worried about it, until Obama starts talking about gps tracking nodes... Then we have the "Antichrist"

I for one don't like either of the candidates... I just wish we would stop attacking the rest of the world and worry about ourselves for once! nihil is right, we wouldn't have won much without help of allies... We need to stop dragging other countries into this...
