Hi folks..firstly..sorry if this is in the wrong place.

ai need some tecnical software help.

I have the above prog installed on my win xp machine. I have now installed vista over it...dont ask why..I know its crazy.

The issue is that despite having access to the programme I cannot run it without re-installing.

I cannot find the licence key..anyone know where it will be.

    Hi there

No idea where it will be.

I used to use the program a while back - check your e-mail.

Hey cider, wow..what a coincidence. I use that phrase normally in forums but I rarely use this one and havent paid too much attention to it. It accompanies my name on every other that I use regularly.

    Interestingly..where dod you here it.

    Any way..TU08..

I no longer have the email as I have just done a full format and re-install. Yes I backed up my outlook but it will not import into my new config for some reason. It looks like it wasnt saved corrctly in the firstplace by outlook backup.

And yes I am really fuuukin piiissssed off.

OK - Cant you email them asking for the licence key if you paid for it?

    You did pay for it?

you could of just gone to the site, and requested the license key get re-sent to your email addresse that was used when you first registered the program.

I know you said you have found the key, but damn my paranoid sense's kicked in as i was reading the thread. Something just didn't sound right.
