Free Internet w/ free Dial-up access numbers

Came across a web service by random chance. This site says it provides free internet access with local dialup numbers. Only information they require is a valid email address. I'm concerned because the website looks amateur in design.

    http://www.dialinfree.net/

I'm a power, linux user ... when I noticed no privacy statements or whatsoever, I immediately "red" flagged this service. Is this some lame Homeland security trick? or a site setup by hackers to learn people's passwords and monitoring websites for later attack? Sounds like the perfect scam

google shows no complaints or scams.

Yeah, it seems they do. I jumped over to the FAQ section and noticed some peculiarities.

    What if I need support?
Dial In Free does not provide free support. If you need help, call our toll free support hotline at (800)713-8030. There will be a $5 charge per incident. Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card payments accepted
If a no-frills Dial In Free account does not suit your needs, consider this special offer:
Unlimited dialup, email, and free support for $12.95/mo, $29.95/ quarterly, or $98.95/yr.
    Which goes here:http://services.triton.net/keyword/dialupOffer

It looks like triton.net owns them, I do not know who they are either. Doesnt seem like a big company yet the contact details in the whois points to VA. Im not sure what to think.

I wouldn't trust it (hmmm, what ISP's can you trust )

I would assume the same--they are monitoring traffic or perhaps they use nebuad

    looks suspicous

edit: netzero does still offer free dialup (10 hours per month)

Who would want free dialup? 56k dialup access?

I could think of a few reason's. But if they are monitoring traffic and playing with cookies etc then it would really defeat the whole purpose.
