I got shivers down my back while reading this.

To many late nights watching scary movies for me.

Got my vhs tape of cannibal holocaust converted to DVD and have been watching it a fair bit.

My Wife got me the special edition of that on DVD for my Birthday last year. It has the WHOLE thing, UNCUT! And of course the special features and stuff and the talking about how much crap they went through getting it released with the "rating" it currently has. I have two versions of it now, one you can't really buy in the North American continent and the one they released like a year or two ago that's apparently totally un-cut.

I also have the version of Anthropophagus on DVD you can't usually get here either. Not sure why really, the only part I saw that would push some buttons was when the guy rips a fetus out of a womans vagina and eats it. I was like WTF all this controversy over THIS ?

My collection right now is over 200 strong, and I even got some Japanese stuff from Asian Extreme that's pretty hard to find. And, of course, Italian splatter. And I have a couple German ones that you really are not going to find at many places. They aren't even English but that isn't a real problem as I speak enough German to not need that in there.

I can also understand mild Italian from watching Argento and Fulcu so much.

I have 9 copies of Night of the Living Dead too. Each one has a few differences here and there, only the real nerds know stuff was taken out of most versions lol.

And I have 4 Dawn of the Dead movies. One totally un-cut you can't buy in the states do to violence and gore, the one they do sell in the states with 30 full minutes missing, another special edition they released after the remake was done, and a normal version you can rent at video stores.

I also have Day of the Dead 2 which is something you can find, but you have to search and stuff. I don't mean the one they just released either, this one was done a while ago. It's awesome and makes you scream Frankenhookers a lot lol.

Hmmmm what else.... OHH!!!! I have the remake of Wizard of Gore now too. That one has the Suicide Girls in it. I have the original too of course, and a lot of Hershell movies. I own damn near everything from Something Weird Video too.

Something Weird is awesome, they put out some of the best weird ****.

Oh and I have one of the VERY few "Very Strange Video" VHS tapes ever released in the US. I've only found one of them ONCE and I bought the only copy they had. Hasn't been in stock ever since.

The Bloody Dead is pretty rare unless you have a Best Buy that sells gore like the one around here. Oddly enough Best Buy is one of the best places for horror movies. They'll slip up once in a while and put stuff worth like 50 dollars on the shelf for like 9 dollars brand new.

Last I checked Cannibal Ferox on VHS, USED was over 80 dollars. But it has to be uncut.

I have that uncut too.

Oh and another good one is Wicked Sister. The girl who stars in that with her real life sister is actually really well known now in the Horror porn world. It's like a softcore porn horror movie. Not something you watch at work, but a good collector's item none the less.

I've got my collection pretty much categorized by type and then in alphabetical order. All the Sexploitation movies are in one area, the Grindhouse movies are in another, the Splatter is in another, the Zombie stuff is in another, and then the slasher stuff is on another shelf, and of course the SWV stuff is in it's own spot.

Then my collection of 1920's - 1940's stuff in another to show it off since some of that is REALLY hard to find.

Then for show, I have the little collector's items on there too. Like my metal Texas Chainsaw Massacre poster, my paper Texas Chainsaw Massacre poster (An Original!!!!) and, one of my prized ones.... An Authentic, still in the plastic wrapper Halloween #1 Comic Book. NOT the one you can buy from the ChaosComics page though.

The one I have is the Chromium Platinum Ultra Edition. They only made 2500 of them and I literally can not find another one. They made two versions of number 1 and the one I have is designed with like Chrome looking graphics.... I saw one ONCE on E-Bay with a ripped page selling for $500.00, mine is not only mint, it's still in the non re-sealing plastic it was put in at the factory. I haven't ever opened it and you can tell because, well, you have to tear the plastic to get to it, and the plastic still is not only un-opened, but I leftthe original sticker on it with the price and stuff.

On the back is the info on how rare it is and how mine is authentic and how they only made 2500. Like I said, I've only seen one on E-Bay once for $500.00 and it was ripped. So mint should be quite a bit more.

I did see a kid selling one online not too long ago. He said he planned on using the money to buy a PS3 and a couple games with just that.

I'll take a picture of it sometime so you can see it. I wouldn't have to if the place who made it actually listed the thing.

If you go to the Chaos Comics web page, and select the Halloween Comics, they list all of them all the way back to #1, but mine isn't even listed. And you can't buy it anymore. It's pretty special.

I got it about 8 years ago, and even then it was expensive.

I also have the mini comic book for Michael Myers. those aren't as rare but they are actually worth some cash too.

And, one other thing I have like that, is my Michael Myers doll. Again, I have the one that's limited to 2500, and, again, hehe, mine hasn't ever been opened and is still in the box it came in. I know some people still buy the Plastic one, which is a nice one, but mine isn't plastic. Mine is the slightly bigger one they don't make anymore.

I also have some of the originals of certain comic Books. I dno't read comics anymore because, well, I'm 25, and going to be 26 on the 30th of this month, but I do collect things that are related to what I'm into. Or if I think it'll be worth money.

Like a while back I nabbed an original "The Flash" comic from WAY back. The price tag on it is still the one it had printed, which was 5 cents. It's REALLY old, and I kept it because of that.

I also have some Vampire comics from the 90's they don't make anymore that are glow in the dark and textured that I haven't ever found again.

And I kept my reprint Babe Ruth because, well, that's just awesome. I know it's not worth a thousand dollars or whatever, but it's Babe Ruth!

My cousin Mike, has.... 3 Babe Ruth original cards. He's smart too, when he moved, he wouldn't let the company touch those. He has 3 Babe Ruth Cards, he has ONE Wagner(SP?) I'm not sure to much on that but apparently he said that was actually worth more than most of his stuff.

And of course Magic: The Gathering, still have a bunch of that and still play that game. I have cards worth a hundred or more dollars, and should soon have a RATED PSA9 Alpha Black Lotus. A rated one is worth whatever you want because of the rarity. If you look on E-Bay for a PSA9 rated Black Lotus from Alpha, you'll see around 4,000.00 as a price.

One of them is worth 50,000.00 but it's Beckett 10.

I'm not like one of those guys who goes around buying comic books and baseball cards, but I'm not a moron either, I know when something looks like it's worth something.

That's why I still have an OLD Australian penny I paid a dollar for about 12 years ago for. And I also have a German penny from 1790. That's worth quite a bit too. Considering how old it is I'm not shocked.

One of my Magic the Gathering decks currently is worth about 4,000.00 because of the rares in it.

I'm into collectibles a lot. I dunno why, but I just always think it's cool to have something so rare. some stuff I have I would sell for sure, but some of it, it has sentimental value to me personally and I'll probably die with it.

I have ONE original hand made Misfits pin from WAY back when they did them by hand. That is obviously worth something to me too heh.

I also have Make Them Die Slowly. The White Zombie album they only released on tape and sold themselves basically.

And, I have ONE original Alice Cooper vinyl. that isn't really much though compared to my best friend who has "The Doors - Strange Days" on Vinyl...Which is original.... Un-opened....Still in the wrapping... Some guy offered him like 500.00 for it and he was like NO!

I saw it, it's not a reprint. I had it in my hands and wanted to run with it.

Anyway, I'm not trying to brag, it's more or less just being proud of my collection and wanting to talk about stuff that interests me.
