Windows Vista Audit Policy subgroups missing.
Hey guys,
I'm trying to configure auditing on my laptop - Vista is suppose to have new subgroups under the audit tab in GP (through mmc.)
Like, object access is part of old OS too but in windows vista there are subcategories such as -File System, Registry, Kernel Object - etc.. I don't see them in my GP settings.. Any idea why ?
i know I can do through command line using auditpol but i just wanted to know why those subcategories aren't showing up in my MMC-GP snap in..
Parth Maniar,
CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP
