    Greetings.

With all those different model Eeepc's available on the market i am somewhat curious as to know what models are being used by AntiOnline members, and the reason on why you chose that model.

Also what do you use it for?
    What Operating System?
Have you upgraded anything on it?

Also come and join the The Eeepc Owners Group.

Yep i realised i didn't add Multiple Choice Option, so if you happen to own more then 1 then list the other models in your post.

Sorry to be e-stupid but what the hell is the difference between an eeepc and a laptop. I haven't had any customers bring one of these to me before.

I will do some reading on them , they do look very cool.

No EeePC's for me. They're definitely nice units, and
remind me of the old Sony & Fujitsu Transmeta chip
units from a few years back. In fact, a friend owns
one and I must admit to a bit of envy.

But for much of my field work, I make do with older
laptops. In my job, I come into a lot of freebies that
work great for most onsite tasks. I don't keep anything
sensitive on them and they're easily replaceable, so I
don't worry if someone steals one or it get coffee spilled
    on it.

can you send me a few before you "spill" coffee on them?

Ugh, they're old. Real old. Like 7 years. Could die anytime.
The LCD on the IBM 600X flickers, so I give it a 'finger roll'
across the back of the top to get it going again. Just enough
laptop to run a network scanner or two, do some sniffing,
    google and handle webadmin stuff.

I keep a good one or two in reserve if needed for heavier action.
