Compaq Presario SR5448F Desktop PC

Hi guys,
i recently bought "Compaq Presario SR5448F Desktop PC " online. I was expecting it to have a DVI output on the backpanel. All my research before buying this tells me so. But the computer when I get it has only a VGA output.

can you guys tell me if I right about thinking I should have got one with DVI output.

In the online store were you purchased it, under the Description did it say that it came with the "DVI Output". ?

If it was not stated anywere in the description or anywere else in the add, then the system would not have one installed.

If it stated that it would come with one included then yes you are entitled to it, then you should contact the place that you purchased it from, and speak to them.

And if it wasn't meant to come with one, then i would suggest that if you want one then just purchase the needed item.

Just buy a vga to DVI adapter or buy one of these USB to DVI adapters:

Yes, It would seem that it should have a DVI port:

Two thirds the way down there is a picture of the backpanel.............. the DVI port is below the AGP one.

Is it new or second user? If it is new then it must be a very early model or if it is second user I would say that the motherboard has been replaced.
