    Yes.. same thing here. Does anyone remember that section in the NSA website 'SNAC' that had the security configuration manuals? They seemed to have upgraded their website and my links were dead. So on saturday evening i sent them an email asking them and on monday morning i had a mail in my inbox thanking me for my concern and a new link to the files i was looking for. I was amazed too to get any response and that fast.
