How do re-install my linux bootloader?

okay, i just installed Fedora 10 on a tower, when i ran the install i did not realize i put the bootloader ona drive that i am going to remove from the machine (it was only in there so i could copy the information from it before getting rid of it, plus its an ide 350 gb) how woulld i go about re installing the bootloader to the correct drive so that i can remove this derive when nessacary. preferabley without having to re-install linux........

    thankyou all in advance.

    :Edit:
Never mind not really important now, the mother board decided to release the magic smoke putty. so thank you for looking and trying to help me.
