I'm new here...
17 years old from New York. Will be taking my A+ and Network+ next month. Just wondering, how are things run around here? Who's who? I realized this place has been around for a while.

Hello and welcome. Best of luck with your exams................not that you need luck of course 
Basically the technical stuff appears on the main page. To the right you will see an option "Discussion Forums" which displays all the sub-forums and the last thread posted to in them. If you click on the forum you will expand it to show more threads.
There is a search facility up the top right of the main page.
Administrators' names are in red and moderators' in purple.
