    You don't actually need all those. I did what the other post said and did a bare bones install, and then just added what I wanted with apt-get, and I also added a non free and contrib thing to it so I could get even more software.

    I am happy with using the netinstall myself.
    I never found it necessary to have a distribution that needs DVD's to install.
