    French Constitution lives!

It would seem that the French are not yet ready to prostitute their constitution to the interests of major recording labels.

The French Constitutional Council has rejected their government's controversial "three strikes" law that would have people accused of file sharing denied internet access.

"Innocent until proven guilty" remains a central principle of French law, and it cannot be bypassed simply by creating a new nonjudicial authority.

Perhaps they can resurrect one of their other quaint inventions, the guillotine. Then use it on all of the pr#cks at the RIAA and MPAA.

    Hah!

The French are guilty of blatant plagiarism and theft of intellectual property.

The "Guillotine" is a Yorkshire invention
