Itís a good idea from a security standpoint to upgrade your browser, but what increases your security in one area might make you vulnerable in another!
According to research carried out by Mozillaís security team, 25% of people who werenít prepared to upgrade from Firefox 2.x to 3.x cited the inability to clear the Location Bar history as a reason for sticking with the old browser.
I noticed when they 1st rolled out the 3.** series of FF that there was some difficulty deleting/clearing all your browsing history, cache etc.

In 3.5.x you can alter the settings to get rid of this. With 3.0.x there is a plug-in that does it called "Hide Unvisited".

I wonder what they were browsing then?

It is quite easy to achieve so I don't see the problem.

The only problem I have with FF3.5.2 is it won't start, and trashes all my other browsers apart from Opera 10.

I will give them 'till Christmas to fix it or FF will have a whole new meaning
