Firefox 3.5.8 update.

Every time Mozilla comes out with an update to their premier line of trash also called organic browser, it's a silent but rather definite way of everyone at Mozilla saying "Opera Rules". For that I thank them all.

I really hope that people understand that Firefox IS NOT any better (or safer) as a browser then Internet Explorer (IE maybe better in one of the case) if you are just going to surf regular - well known - sites.

Unless your everyday internet browsing requires you to visit sites or wander of to sites which *might* have hazardous content - PLEASE TRY AND GIVE IE 8 a chance in my personal opinion it is way better a browser then Firefox.

I figured that out some time ago. When I first started using it, it was great, because it was pretty fast, and worked with most web sites out there, and at the time, for Linux and BSD, it was a decent choice. With Epiphany, Opera, and others now, it's not even something I think about now.

I do still use Seamonkey, but mostly as a downloader when I don't want to use Opera's stuff for something. Which rarely happens.

throw in extensions https://chrome.google.com/extensions and it pwns Opera

Once Opera actually get's a decent marketshare or actually get's a userbase size of either FF or ie then maybe it can be called a Browser..

Mozilla usually support the previous version for a while, so this is a genuine update for v3.5

I am sure Opera would have more known vulnerabilities if it had a larger user base. Targeting Opera is sort of like writing exploits for Macs. You might hit a few fanboys, but the real money is in the more popular browsers.

I take the view that ALL browsers are vulnerable............they connect to the internet Not only that..............they have these plug-ins for Adopey and the rest........................

The Nintendo Wii is fairly popular here, that's a major target audience isn't it? Wii uses Opera.
