    Copier security

When I first heard about this I was like ok the boss doesn't want us to make personal copies on the shop's copier but reading and watching the reports on this I realize that we have totally lost any shred of privacy that we ever had.

I wouldn't go that far, as it is pretty much the same story with computer HDDs.

As you may know, one of my hobbies is messing with old computer kit?............ so I pick up odds and ends from yard sales (over here they are called "car boot sales") and second hand shops...............amazing what stuff you can find on old HDDs

The problem as I see it is that whilst it is relatively trivial to sanitize a computer HDD; devices like copiers are not so accessible. Hey! I even have a little box that will take 12 different types of camera/cell phone flash memory cards and let me wipe them............... or read/recover the contents
