    Terminal Services. Help needed, please.

I need some help with figuring out Terminal Services. As some of you may know, or not, I recently was pushed into doing IT for my company. So some of this stuff is a learning curve for me. Please, be patient with me.

Terminal Services is stated on the server in question. It is Windows 2008 server SP1.

This is what I need to accomplish. I need to have someone, from outside our network, to be able to 'dial-in' and use only one specific program suite. This user will be stationary - i.e working from home.

Can someone point me to a source that can help me accomplish this. All help will be appreciate it. I tried to google it, however most of what I received was how to start or install the service.

Thank you in advance. Also, if I left out anything that one needs to know, let me know.

    Simple version:

Forward port 3389 to the server.

Create a group for that user.

Use group policy to restict applications.

You'd be better off with a VPN solution for access, but that's a bit more administration and deployment overhead.
Real security doesn't come with an installer.
