moving my Documents in Windows 7
OK
running MS 7 64 bit Ultimate version
set it onto an 80GB HDD
with a 500GB HDD for loading data, music games etc
NOW
80GB is a LOT, it WAS, my user account docs are over 50GB, and with the install, plus the basic tools I like to hand, I only have 7 GB left free
and it's only been a month since I started
Question
in MS previously, Pro versions anyway, right click the desktop icon and select move, then browse to where you want it to be
not so in MS7
I am only user, but it is on my domain, have a file server available with 1TB of space available, but not wanting it there, just want it on the 500GB beastie
any ideas ?
TIA
so now I'm in my SIXTIES FFS
WTAF, how did that happen, so no more alterations to the sig, it will remain as is now

OK, it IS the same
just not in the same place
now have to drill down to user folder, then to my account folder then top my docs, then right click and finally the move option is there
will have to move the other folders one by one
ah well, at least they did remember to bring it with them
so now I'm in my SIXTIES FFS
WTAF, how did that happen, so no more alterations to the sig, it will remain as is now
