Auto refresh
Is there any way the main page/index of AO could auto update every 5 minutes or so? It isn't a big deal to hit refresh, but it would be nice to click over and see if there are any changes to the threads at a glance...
Am I being too lazy?
edit: Actually if it could auto refresh, and then give some sort of indication in the <title> portion, so it would show up on the tab [like (new) or something]
if changes were made, that would be even better...

There is with use of a meta tag but I would be fired for it. We track page views and that would completely skew the numbers.
My browser (Maxthon) has such a feature, and I'm sure others must also.
