A couple quick questions
I have a custom PC running Windows XP Professional Pentium(R) Dual-Core- CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz 3.00 GB of RAM. 500GB Hard drive, running a ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series PC.
I have installed Virtual Box from http://www.virtualbox.org/ and I installed Fedora-14 for "virtual box" quick question; where it says "video memory" I gave it 19mb how much would you recommend? Also, does anyone know of a free website were I can download different Distros of Unix/Linux for "virtual box" like I did for Fedora 14 for free? Please post links. Also, could I install a MAC Operating System on this PC? MAC OS would be Snow leopard Please let me know. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike.

For video, I would check the minimum system requirements for the Fedora operating system itself and adjust accordingly. Remember, virtual box is just a virtual computer. Hardware limitations still apply.
I'll assume that virtual box can read isos
How to install Ubuntu in Virtual Box:
Just about all the Linux distros out there:
How to install Snow Leopard in Virtual Box:
Hope this helps!!

I would say that the purpose of the guest OS plays a role when defining how much resources to give it.
If you want it just for a console mode linux, for servers etc... then a low video card resource would suffice. If you want to install a full Desktop with full GUI and all the fancy stuff, then give as much resources as you can.
When i want to see a *nix distro in virtual box, i normally give it full resources by default. It helps to get a better impression of the guest OS.

Thank you for the replies greatly appreciated. I will check each operating system for the 'specs' that Virtual Box recommends. To answer your other question, Virtual Box can read .iso images.
So far I have Ubuntu 10 and Fedora 14, and Backtrack4, and FreeBSD, running in Virtual box. however, I am looking for ANY MAC O.S. .iso file so I can get some practice and know how to use it with virtual box. I have tried the torrent method I believed and it didn't work. So I am looking for ANY version of MAC O.S i can install in Virtual box. All help is greatly appreciated.
On a side note; All this is for a school project. One teacher is a Windows Training Instructor (very knowledgeable) he wants us to use Windows Virtual PC 2007 and run server 2008 and learn how to run the different flavors of Windows 7.
The other instructor seems to be 'anti' Microsoft and is more a Unix/Linux fan.
