WSUS
Hi Guys,
I've been monitoring this now for 6 months but never got around to doing it. Does anyone seem to think that your WSUS server takes way to long to find updates and sometimes misses some?
For instance, I will log onto my work network as a local user and check for updates, BAM - 10 updates found for Windows 7.
Log onto my WSUS server and these aren't there? I will try and do some searching, just wanted to see if anyone else came across this?

They aren't in your list of unapproved updates? There is a spot in there where you can set the types of updates your WSUS server will pull. Click options in the left pane, and then look for Products and Classifications. Make sure that you have all of the appropriate ones selected.
Not sure if that is the problem, but I would check there first...
