It is criminal malfeasance on management's part that any ID and password combination works after two months. Epic fail! When an person terminates their ID should be disabled and passwords to all accounts that person had access changed immediately. Passwords should also be changed on a regular basis not to exceed a fortnight.

And if YOU terminate THEM, make sure that you do it before you tell them

I have seen a couple of bad cases where that didn't happen and the ex-employee took their revenge
If you cannot do someone any good: don't do them any harm....
As long as you did this to one of these, the least of my little ones............you did it unto Me.
What profiteth a man if he gains the entire World at the expense of his immortal soul?

    hello guys,

the hand over is done successfully, its a small company with big IT network. I have to single handedly work there, have to configure servers, troubleshooting, looking after helpdesk and list gone on. I believe it will be a good learning curve for me. Anyways I really appreciate the responses.
Excuse me, is there an airport nearby large enough for a private jet to land?
