If you wanted you hit the DB with a SQL UPDATE query that basically changed all of a users' post text to read something like "Content removed at users' request" which would keep the relations in the database intact (well at least no worse than they currently are)

No, they disappeared 10 years ago, when JP sold the site to JupiterMedia. It has also changed hands again since then.

Hi Foxy, long time no hear, I hope thay you and yours are well.
Yeah, the ole Spec is still with us, but seems to be getting more institutionalised in his old age!
By that I mean that he is attacking institutions rather than anything that moves!
Been a bad winter here...........lots of North East winds, but a fair few North Westerlies too, which I guess affect you more than us, given the Pennines in the way?
