Password Recovery Info! HELP!!!!

Hi guys,
I'm new here, i've done a million google searches to no avail. My question is, can anyone point me in the right direction of a way to recover some passwords on my computer. More specifically, this is my situation... For instance, if i go to facebook, it logs me in automatically, so i still have access to log in, but i can't for the life of me remember what i changed the password to, so i can't log in from a different browser, or on my phone, or even change my password to something new... i went threw a nasty relationship where my ex would log in my account and talk crap to people and read all my msgs etc etc, she knew everything about me, so could guess the security questions, so i changed them in haste, and forgotten the answers because they don't go to anything, meaning security question could be ''what was your first car?'' Answer=bubblegum. i have found auto-fill password recovery programs for firefox, but they only pick up like hotmail and what not. So if firefox doesn't have them saved, how does it log in still when i go to facebook?
by the way here are my specs.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 w SP1
FireFox 27.0.1

Sorry that we can't help you with this. Posting the answers you want on a Public Forum is a no no. It could help employees crack into their bosses computers or children to hack into their parents computers etc..
