network adapters
Hi,
Having a problem with this off and on on my personal laptop.
7 home premium
i7-3610qm cpu2.3 GHz
ram8gb
64bit
I attached the photo.
All drivers up to date.

Remove under the Network adapter, and only then reboot.
Windows should find every thing as new hardware and reinstall it.
That will replace what ever is corrupt in the drivers.
If that does not do it, post the make and model of that laptop.

Disable adapter then Enable will be solved, maybe your adapter always turn on.
