    Protecting a Microsoft Office Database

    Hi Guys,

I need some help regarding Data Protection with an Access database, The company I work for are looking to bring all there customers personal details onto their PC and get rid of the old fashioned way of writing things by hand (application forms ect).

What ways and what measures need to be taken to protect users information on a Access database?

Thank you for the time, and sorry for the stupid question as I dont really know which way to go..

Safest things to do, keep the computer off of all networks and limit who can use it.
