Is it also possible to work and live *in* Singapore then? Like a business visa? Or are we just talking about registering a business in Singapore and living somewhere else?

I use to live in Jakarta, Indonesia and familar with Singapore. Singapore is a beautiful country and would consider setting up a business there. Is there a web site you can refer me to read up on how to initiate a business in Singapore? Thanks.
