Internal RedTeaming approval form
Does anyone have examples of a template for internal pentesting activities?
I understand that it will eventually have to be specific and contain the days/times and potentially hosts to be included, but I'm looking for something to get started that will have general points.

thanks for the reply! That result seemed to have more examples of the methodology but at the bottom of suggested search terms was rules of engagement, and I think I've found some good samples there.
Curiously this thread was link #8 in the search results.

sure thing, pretty high rank for such a new page with a sort of word salad combination.

"Pentesting" is a fairly unique word. In fact, if you add a "-penetration" (a minus sign directly followed by the word penetration) to the end of that search string above, this thread hits the top of Google's list.
