How his friend tested does not matter. It was his friends actions, and his actions that we were to decide. Chances are, they are not able (by the TOS agreement) to even say what game, company, or methods. You should have known better.

He never said his friend bragged. He said his friend was caught. Please RTFA. We need to help him with advice, not continually critisize his post with things that make no difference to an ethical question.
