Intel Pentium D 6300
I seem to be having a problem with my processor. Its displaying 1602MHz, but the processor is actually a 1.86GHz Dual Core 6300. I have tried changing the BIOS settings, but when I do so, I cannot boot, and have to reset the CMOS using the jumper.
current info:
FSB 1068.51
267.13 with 6x multiplier
i don't really know what the origonal settings were, but i guess that doesn't help much anyway with the problem being that I can't change any clock settings. Its an ASUS P5LD2 mobo, with overclocking ability for stupid people like me. (it has the auto option for all the voltages, as well as 103% - 130%, none of which work).
Ive read this is a very good processor to overclock, so i must be doing something wrong.
