Hey oofki, even the RIAA/MPAA haven't (quite) managed to re-write the US Constitution............ probably someone else has the copyright? 
Having the cards isn't a problem (at least in the UK) I think that you have it right with the "using one at a time angle". I took the view that the provider would limit you, but if they don't or can't then you are effectively getting two services for the price of one....................?
In most parts of the World, that is called "fraud", which is what I guess the guys in Mumbai got done for?
