At my school they also have the ID system implememted. Needless to say it doesn't work. The systems (which are NT4 os) crash on a regular basis making students late to first period. In addition to this, our ID cards have our social security numbers on them. I tried to have my ID changed to a number besides by Soc number but the guidance counsolor sent me to the principle, who sent me to student services, who sent me to the district office, who sent me back to the guidance counsolor.
