Linux: format c:???
I've just installed Red Hat 7.2 on my Win98SE box. I have one HDD, with no partitions. Under the installation i seemd to have choosen the expert-install, which I don't know how to use. It's just text....I have'nt learned that yet. And the Partition program in Red-Hat installation have made it impossible for the Win98 SE start-up floppy to find any HDD at all! because I want to format the HDD, because the text version of linux is just a little to complex for me yet I know that Windows and Linux use two different file systems, Win uses FAT32 and Linux uses ext2. So I have given up formating from DOS, so my question is:......How do I format the HDD now? can I do it from the command line in the Linux version I have installed? please help me...
