The unknown user blames a bad working pc on the OS and not the multiple virii in it!!
Conversely, they are willing to attribute almost anything to a virus infection, from HDD corruption do to improper shutdown, to hardware failure. Its the tech fall back, cant find what the real problem was? Blame a virus
