The well known port 1001 is "officially" unassigned. (ports 1001 - 1009). Possible trojan horses using this port are "Der Späher / Der Spaeher", "Le Guardien," "Silencer," and "WebEx." As for 1433, that is typically used for a Micro$oft SQL server. Possible Mal-ware includes the "Digispid.B Worm" (affects M$ SQL server), "SQLsnake" (ditto, may be same worm), and a DoS attack I was not able to get any details on (laptop is currently fried). Unless you have an SQL server, I have no idea why that port would be open. A few references would be in the AntiOnline libraries (right here!) as well as:
